As you are probably aware with the recent stage 4 restrictions announced by the Victorian government, many workplaces have been forced to close their workplaces & where possible, work entirely from home.

 

We still remain well placed as we are 100% cloud based and all staff have reliable technology & internet access. As such, we are confident we will still be able to produce high quality work throughout this lockdown period.

 

However, as we are no longer permitted to run a skeleton office, we are making some important changes effective COB 05/08/2020.

 

We request your assistance with the following to complete client work in a timely manner.

Inbound documents 

 

Please send documents via email or secure link. If documents absolutely must be posted, please ensure this is directed to our PO Box. We will be redirecting our PO Box but anticipate this will cause delays.

 

As such, our preference is for electronic delivery of documents. If you do not have access to a scanner, your smartphone or iPad can produce high quality scans. Adobe Scan, Camscanner and Scanbot are suitable smartphone apps.

Outbound documents 

 

Until further notice, all documentation from our office will be sent electronically (email & secure link). For documents that require signatures we will continue to use DocuSign.

 

If you require an original copy of a document, we will endeavour get this to you. We cannot provide any guarantee of this occurring prior to the end of Melbourne stage 4 lockdown.

Client meetings

 

Client meetings will continue by video using either Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Both platforms are highly secure. We look forward to again being able to meet with you face to face in the future.

Payment of invoices
